Our passion for healthy churches and healthy leaders is personal.
When Jeff was three years old, his father was unexpectedly thrust into the pastorate, due to a tragic event. The pastor of their church was in a fatal car accident. With no emergency succession plan or successor on staff, the church hastily nominated and hired Jeff's father (an elder) to the position of senior pastor.
In the blink of an eye, the fatal accident changed the trajectory of multiple families, including the church. The result of the unplanned transition and quick hiring process led to years of pastoral turmoil, family heartache, and the eventual dissolution of the church. It was a tragedy that caused significant collateral damage. In God's providence, the Lord used what the enemy meant for evil for good (Gen. 50:20).
The Lord allowed Jeff to witness the pain of an unplanned transition and experience the consequences of unhealthy leadership. These experiences shaped him as a pastor and energized him to discover a healthier way forward. In his pursuit for wisdom and best practices, the Lord led him towards significant connections with pastors, theologians, seminaries, denominational agencies, executive coaches, a big-four consulting firm, Christian authors, and wise counselors.

Bridg Consulting Firm was established in 2022 and is the culmination of years of research, study, and pastoral experience. Our mission is to help churches and Christian leaders bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to be. Our vision is to lead churches and pastors towards personal and organizational health. As pastors, coaches, and consultants, we understand the unique complexities of ministry and are uniquely equipped as a team to help our clients move toward Gospel-centered health.
