Jeff's experience as a missionary, pastor, coach, and consultant has given him a unique understanding and passion for healthy ministry, systems, and leadership. He is ardent about church staffing, leadership transitions, and pastoral well-being.
His love for the local church, theology, and organizational leadership has provided him with a diverse set of experiences. Jeff was ordained in the Presbyterian Church of America (PCA) and pastored at two churches in Virginia before joining Reformed University Fellowship (RUF). As a missionary and campus minister, Jeff taught and trained leaders at his university, as well as served pastors and churches throughout Virginia. He led the PCA Mid-Atlantic Pastors' Retreat, offering pastors respite and community. Jeff is also an ordained pastor in the Evangelical Free Church of America (EFCA) and oversees ministries and leaders at a multi-site church.
As a consultant with Deloitte, Jeff navigated change management strategies, communication plans, staff wellbeing initiatives, staffing solutions, and training plans on commercial, state, and federal projects. He had the privilege of working on both large-scale multi-million dollar projects, as well as laser-focused change initiatives.

Additionally, Jeff is a certified coach by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), which is the gold standard of professional coaching. His dissertation was on succession, and he researched key people, principles, and processes of successful pastoral successions. Locally, he sits on the Cumberland and Perry County Mental Health (MH), Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities (IDD) Advisory Board. Jeff is married to his beautiful bride (Alisha), and they have three children. They live in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
